Hello Trolley is more than just transportation. With a background in the wedding business, you can rest assured that the important details of the big day have been taken into consideration when your reservation is booked.
When transporting the Bridal Party, Hello Trolley will want to know contact information for your wedding planner and photographer to ensure our arrival and departure times coincided with your wedding day timeline. Enjoy keeping the Wedding Party together for a Great Ride and Fun Experience!
For Guests, you can book up to 3 Trolleys, allowing transportation from the hotel to the venue for up to 90 guests! We can also arrange multiple trips, to ensure even more of your guests do not have to worry about driving to the venue. Hello Trolley will also pick your guests back up at the end of the night. Now your guests just need to have a good time. We will get them back safely!

2 Types of Bookings
Hourly Rates
Hourly reservations allow guests to schedule as many “stops” as they would like within their booked time period. Your driver will remain on call during the duration of the reserved time. Our hourly rates begin at $250 per hour, per trolley, with a 3 hour min. or $650 for our 2 hour special.

Point toPoint
Transfers
When booking a Point to Point Transfer, you are booking a Starting location and an Ending location, with NO STOPS in-between. Multiple Pt to Pt Transfers may be booked for the same day, as long as there are more than 2 hours between transfers. Rates begin at $550 for a Pt to Pt Transfer and $450 for each additional transfer within the same day, before 9pm. We also offer additional loops with a Pt to Pt Transfer at $25 per loop when done back to back and within an hour. Additional rates apply for transfers between 9pm and 11pm.
